Returned Check Fee $50 Fee
The client is responsible for any and all fees incurred by any legal action.
Please note: All payments are due on or before the first day of scheduled service. Payment is accepted in Cash, Check, Cash App or Venmo. All Checks should be made out to: Creature Comforts House & Pet Sitting. Gratuities are always appreciated, but not required and left to the client’s discretion. *No credits or refunds issued if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice of the agreed scheduled date of service.

Pets
It is imperative that ALL pets be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea treatment. Creature Comforts House & Pet Sitting cannot provide service to aggressive animals, and those with a history of biting. This is for our safety. ALL pets MUST wear identification tags while in our care if there is access to the outdoors via a pet door. Creature Comforts House & Pet Sitting reserves the right to refuse pet sitting care to any pet owner for any reason.
Reservations
Call or email us and we will be happy to schedule an in-home consultation. Before any services begin, an in-home client consultation must be scheduled and completed. If you decide to book with us, we can complete a service agreement. PLEASE NOTE: reservations made during the holidays should be made no less than two weeks in advance. Requests for service made less than two weeks before any holiday (New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day & Thanksgiving) will be filled based on availability.
Payment
Payment for ALL services is due on or before the first day of scheduled service. We will only accept Cash, Checks, Cash App or Venmo. There is a $50.00 returned check fee. Client is responsible for any and all fees incurred by any legal action.
Cancellations & Extended Travel Plans
Cancellations may be made no less than 24 hours of the agreed beginning of service date. There is a $25.00 fee for cancellations not made within this timeframe. We also request 24 hours advance notice of any extended travel plans beyond your agreed end of service date. There is a $25.00 fee for extended travel plans not made within this timeframe.
